KagazSetu Terms of Use
By using KagazSetu you agree to these terms, so please read them once.
These terms cover the KagazSetu Android app, Chrome extension and website, run by Manish S Goyal, Kolkata, West Bengal 700089, India. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
Who can use KagazSetu. You must be 18 or older. A parent or lawful guardian may add and manage a child's profile, and is responsible for that child's use of the app.
What KagazSetu does and does not do
KagazSetu is a private helper tool. It is not a government service and is not linked to or approved by any government body, board, university or exam conducting agency.
- It fills, you submit. The app fills fields from your profile. You must check every field and press submit yourself. The final form is your responsibility.
- Form guides may change. Fees, last dates, photo sizes and rules change often. We try to keep them current, but always check the official notice before you apply.
- Kaagaz Samjho is not legal advice. Explanations are generated by AI to help you understand a document. They can be wrong or incomplete. For legal, tax or financial decisions, consult a lawyer, CA or other professional.
- BhashaSetu translations are a guide. For official or legal translations, use a certified translator.
- Checks are not verification. Name match, photo size and expiry checks are helpful checks, not official government verification.
Membership plans
KagazSetu is free for one person. KagazSetu Poora unlocks every feature of Form Bharo, Kaagaz Samjho and BhashaSetu.

- Prices. Current prices, including GST, are shown on kagazsetu.com/buy.html before you pay. The price you pay is fixed for the period you bought. We may change prices or offers for future purchases; a launch or limited-time offer ends on the date shown with it.
- Paying. On the website and Chrome extension you pay through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking; we never see your card or UPI details. In the Android app you pay through Google Play Billing.
- No automatic renewal on the website. When a monthly or yearly plan ends, paid features switch off until you renew; nothing is charged by itself. Renewing early adds the new period on top of what is left. Play Store subscriptions renew until you cancel them in Google Play.
- Installations. One plan works on up to 3 installations (phone or computer). Reinstalling, or a new phone, browser or browser profile, counts as a new installation; you can remove an old one when you restore.
- Restore. Open Plan → Restore, enter the email you bought with, and type the 6-digit code we email you.
- Fair use. Kaagaz Samjho and BhashaSetu use AI on our servers. To keep prices low, very heavy use may be limited to a fair monthly number; we will tell you before any limit applies.
- Refunds. Once a plan has started it is not refunded. If you were charged twice, or the plan could not be turned on, we refund that payment in full. Write to support@kagazsetu.com with your payment ID. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Play Store purchases follow Google Play's refund rules.
- Price changes. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your next renewal.
Your responsibilities
- Enter true and correct details. Do not use KagazSetu to submit false information or forged documents.
- Add profiles only for yourself, your children, or family members who have agreed.
- Keep your phone lock, app PIN and backup safe. Anyone who unlocks your app can see your profiles.
- Follow each website's own rules when the app fills a form there.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse KagazSetu, its form library or its content.
- Do not use KagazSetu to break any law, including the IT Act, 2000.
Liability, ownership and other terms
- No guarantee of results. We do not promise that any application, admission, visa or exam registration will be accepted.
- Limit of liability. We are not responsible for a rejected or late application, a missed deadline, a wrong fee, or loss caused by a mistake in a form you submitted. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Service changes. We may add, change or remove features, forms or languages. Portals outside our control may change and stop working with autofill.
- Ownership. KagazSetu, its name, logo, design and form library belong to Manish S Goyal. Your data and documents remain yours.
- Ending use. You can stop using KagazSetu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
- Governing law. These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
- Changes to these terms. We will show a notice in the app before important changes take effect.
